The closest restaurant is just a few minutes walk away with the larger towns of Jalon and Orba being just a 5 minute drive away. Both towns have all the amenities you would expect to find in a large Spanish town including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy as well as local specialist shops selling local produce, crafts and of course lovely local wines.  There are also weekly markets in both Jalon and Orba selling wonderful fresh produce.

A few steps lead to the front of the property and the pool area.  A lovely covered naya with outside dining area leads to the main entrance and the spacious bright lounge with beamed ceiling, ceiling fan and A/C unit.  The property has WIFI and a flat screen smart TV with international satellite channels (Astra 1 and 3) and google chromecast connection.  There is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven fully equipped with kitchenware, dishwasher and utensils.  From the kitchen area a back door leads to the rear garden area. An inner hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms and there is a separate utility room with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and additional storage. There is separate access at the lower level to a large guest room with bathroom.
