Interior: Fully gated residence reached by lift to the 3rd floor. One apartment only on this level. Into a hallway to find spacious lounge with huge windows giving lots of light into room. Double patio doors out onto a spacious sun terrace. comfortable outside furniture.Sun loungers There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge with TV and DVD via a Xbox player. From the lounge is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with all small electrical appliances. Plus fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Bedrooms: : 3. Master bedroom has a king-size bed plus fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and double doors out to the sun terrace, which faces the sea. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over and vanity unit. 2nd bedroom has a “super king size” bed with double patio doors out to the sun terrace and fitted wardrobes. Both these bedrooms have air conditioning units. The third, twin-bedded, room has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

Wash rooms: Inside the hallway is a shower room with enclosed glass and toilet with wash basin. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with shower fitted over the bath, All very modern with quality tiles and fittings.

Outside area: The communal area is very special for an apartment in Dénia. It has a 50-metre dolphin shaped pool with plenty of sun bathing grassed area around.
