A well presented villa in the picturesque village of Tormos.This is a holiday villa for the summer periods having a big advantage for 4/5 persons as this is a 3 bed villa- 3rd bedroom not available to rent- but giving a spacious feel for 4/5 persons. there is a separate apartment below- but only suitable for an adult as it is self contained with own access- not internal.. The private swimming pool is kidney shaped and has lots of areas around for sunbathing or relaxing. There is a BBQ area with tables and chairs under a bougainvillea covered gazebo to protect from the sun.
From the lounge there are large patio doors to a very pleasant seating area with extensive views to the montgo and the sea. From this top naya you can access the secluded gardens with further seating for a break from the sun.The mediteranean garden has been lovingly looked after and is very pretty with lovely plants and shrubs.
The villa has 2 bedrooms one is UK double with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The other has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes. There is a family shower room on this level. All rooms have air conditioning units hot and cold. TV is mainly English with limited other channels. DVD player installed. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher/ fridge freezer and all electrical appliances. Downstairs is a small apartment that houses the washing machine. This room has a sofa bed for extra person plus a fridge and a TV- a nice shower room and toilet is included.
Parking is inside a fully fenced and gated plot. Walking to the village is 5 mins for bars/resturant/small shop. The nearest big supermarket is Orba 5 mins drive away.
