A well-presented 3 bedroom villa with many extras. A spacious interior with light and bright rooms, private garden and private pool. This property has fabulous sea and valley views, is secluded, peaceful and furnished to a high standard.

This villa is suitable for up to 6 guests

The property is accessed from the gated parking area where steps lead up to the main entrances - the lower entrance takes you into a lobby and the master bedroom, games room and utility area and the upper entrance leads into the spacious living area with H/C A/C and log burner, the fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom 1 with en-suite shower room, the family bathroom, double bedroom 2 and the separate dining room with spiral staircase leading down to the lower floor. 

Bedrooms: 3. The bedrooms are spacious and all have H/C A/C, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and the master suite with ceiling fan and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and electric wall heater.  All bedrooms are fully furnished with bedside tables, modern furniture and fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms: 3:  The main bedroom and master suite have en suite shower rooms, the family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and warm air heater.

Utility Room: Located at the lower level with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Games Room: Located at the lower level with pool table and TV.

Outside area: Lovely, tranquil, enclosed gardens with a pergola for outside dining - great for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views, private pool and decked sun terrace with an outside shower.   

The property is fully fenced and gated, very private and within walking distance to the village. 

Notes: Please note that there are steps leading up to the entrance to the property and also an internal spiral staircase and we would advise that this property is not suitable for anyone with limited  mobility.
